2. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is delivered through Vercel. When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including your IP address, date and time, requested address, and browser and device information. This is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably, and quickly.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the provider's applicable data protection safeguards are used.

3. Contact form and Supabase

When you use the contact form, we process the information you enter: your name, optional company name, email address, optional phone number, message, and submission time. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you afterwards.

Form data and the protected administration login are processed using Supabase. The project is hosted in the Frankfurt (EU) region. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer required for the enquiry unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We currently do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on publicly accessible pages. Supabase places technically necessary session cookies only in the administration area, which is restricted to authorised staff. These cookies are used exclusively for secure sign-in and access control.

If optional analytics or marketing services are added in the future, they will only be enabled after any required consent has been obtained, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. External links and communication services

This website contains links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and Outlook. A connection to the relevant service is only established after you click the link. From that point, the provider's own privacy policy also applies.

6. Security

This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. The administration area is access-controlled, and role-based database rules restrict access to data. Access rights are limited to the people and functions that require them for the stated purpose.

7. Your rights
